Our policies regarding returns, replacements, and refunds for products handcrafted and printed at Pranav Arts.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Because many of our items are custom-made or printed to order, items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your standard order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly issue a free replacement or store credit.

7-Day Replacement Window

You must inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 7 days of delivery of any damage or quality issues. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To submit a claim, please reach out to our Customer Care team with your Order ID and clear photos or a short video of the issue:

Refund & Processing Timeline

Once your request is inspected and approved, replacement production begins within 1-2 business days. If a monetary refund is issued, it will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom sketches, personalized paintings, and custom 3D model commissions created according to customer-provided specifications or portrait images are strictly non-returnable once work has commenced, except in cases of transit damage.
