Rules, guidelines, and legal agreements governing the use of Pranav Arts storefront and custom services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pranav Arts website, placing an order, or submitting a custom request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Use of the Storefront
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout or account registration. Unauthorized use, scraping, attempting to compromise store infrastructure, or misrepresenting identity is strictly prohibited.
3. Custom Order Agreements & Art Replication
Custom orders (including personalized 3D prints, custom sketches, and paintings) undergo an initial consultation and approval process. Because handmade sketches and paintings are individually crafted by an artist, subtle variations in shading, texture, and color may occur. Exact 100% replication of reference photographs is not guaranteed, though every effort is made to maintain high artistic standards.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on Pranav Arts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. Full payment or agreed advance deposit must be completed via Razorpay or authorized payment methods before custom production begins.
5. Intellectual Property
Pranav Arts retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to all original artwork, sketches, paintings, 3D model designs, website graphics, and branding created by Pranav Arts. Customer-submitted reference images remain the property of the customer and are used strictly for fulfilling the requested custom order.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pranav Arts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
